Chikara Clinic: Shoulder Fore, Shoulder In, Leg Yield – an introduction to Lateral work
Adv. Dressage rider Lynn Bremner brings you a short format clinic that aims to make dressage movements easy to understand, ride and teach your horse!
Whether you're just starting out; a serious dressage rider; a happy hacker or an armchair dressage enthusiast who just loves watching musical kurs on TV or YouTube, these clinics will give you a deeper understanding and appreciation of what it takes to ride these movements.
The clinic starts with theory – an explanation of the skills needed by both horse and rider, and what to look for as well as the Dos and Don'ts; common misunderstandings and mistakes.
The second half of the clinic is ridden – either bring your horse or ride one of ours (various levels of ease/schooling – max 3 riders) or simply watch the theory being put into practice!
Tea/coffee and juices available, please bring lunch!

Theory + spectator: R300 per clinic
Theory + ridden (Your horse): R400 per clinic
Theory + ridden (Chikara horse): R500 per clinic – only 3 horses available
